The Great Yarmouth Gilbert & Sullivan Society will hostA Series of Musical WorkshopsThe next workshop starts at 7.30pm on Tuesday 5th February 2008 and continues on the following dates - Devised by our new MD Peter
Murray, these workshops
will consist of vocal exercises and voice training as well as a
chance to sing something different (e.g. non-G&S). Please bring a copy of Trial by Jury if you have one.

The Great Yarmouth Gilbert & Sullivan
Society is a friendly and active society G&S Society based in Great
Yarmouth, Norfolk, UK.
Until recently, the Society staged a fully costumed and orchestrated G&S
operetta every year.

Due to the closure of our production venue for emergency structural repairs (St George's Theatre, Great Yarmouth), we are currently unable to stage full operettas. However, we have lots of exciting plans for the future and will continue to perform concerts and singing workshops until an alternative venue becomes available.
We rehearse on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm in
the Lecture Hall of Gorleston Library,
Lowestoft Road, Gorleston-on-Sea, Great Yarmouth
Various fundraising and social events are spread throughout the year to supplement
Society
funds.
